Jon Hyman is a global executive and serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of C-suite leadership across the sports, consumer products, and construction-materials industries. He has founded, scaled, and exited three technology-driven companies—including CeraTech, the world’s first carbon-neutral cement company—and has twice served as CEO of private equity–owned businesses. A West Point graduate, decorated Desert Storm combat veteran, and Bronze Star recipient, Jon brings deep expertise in M&A, turnarounds, fundraising, and growth strategy. He holds an MBA from Columbia Southern University and has served on numerous boards of directors.

Mr. Chambers brings fifteen years of experience across the full breadth of the Oil & Gas value chain — from upstream offshore operations to global downstream advisory. He has delivered chemical advisory, product enhancement, and flow assurance services to more than 50 offshore platforms in the Gulf of Mexico and North Sea, and has worked inside nearly 120 refineries across the globe. Domestically, he has led capital projects and executed emergency pit stops across 80 refineries from El Segundo to Paulsboro, with sustained operational relationships inside the Marathon Petroleum, Phillips 66, Chevron, Valero, and PBF networks. His work has taken him through every functional layer of refinery operations — from unit-level process chemistry and turnaround management to trading desk engagement and executive leadership — relationships built on the floor, not from a distance.
