Jon Hyman is a global executive and serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of C-suite leadership across the sports, consumer products, and construction-materials industries. He has founded, scaled, and exited three technology-driven companies—including CeraTech, the world’s first carbon-neutral cement company—and has twice served as CEO of private equity–owned businesses. A West Point graduate, decorated Desert Storm combat veteran, and Bronze Star recipient, Jon brings deep expertise in M&A, turnarounds, fundraising, and growth strategy. He holds an MBA from Columbia Southern University and has served on numerous boards of directors.

Fifteen years across the full breadth of the Oil & Gas value chain delivering chemical advisory, product enhancement, and flow assurance to more than 50 offshore platforms in the Gulf of Mexico and North Sea, and nearly 120 refineries globally. Domestically, I have led capital projects and executed emergency pit stops across 80 refineries from El Segundo to Paulsboro, with deep operational experience inside the Marathon, Phillips 66, Chevron, Valero, and PBF networks. My relationships span operations, trading, turnaround management, and refinery leadership — built in the units first, up to the boardroom.
